Harry Knight Obituary

Harry Emerson Knight, 86, of Medford, Ore. passed away December 24, 2015 at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center. Harry was born July 7, 1929 to Earl and Alice (Lockley) Knight in Mt. Vernon, N.Y.

He attended UCLA and USC and ultimately earned bachelor's and master's degrees in business and accounting. He was a professor of accounting at the School of Business at SOSC in Ashland, from which he retired in 1998.

He enjoyed biking, golfing, skiing, and reading. He especially enjoyed his time with good friends, having coffee and conversation.

Harry is survived by his wife, Joan; his daughter, Deidre Packwood of Escondido, Calif.; his daughters, Linda and Elise Knight of Twisp, Wash.; and son, Eric Knight of Santa Barbara, Calif; and three grandchildren.

At Harry’s request, no services will be held.
