Frank Seely Celebration of Life
Sandy Seely, widow of former SOU Budget Director Frank Seely, has scheduled a Celebration of Life for Frank on July 16, 2018, at 3 p.m. The event will be in the clubhouse in Sun Oaks residential community in Medford, where Frank and Sandy lived. Sun Oaks is located off Black Oak Drive, just past Randolph Street. Drive through the gates on Sun Oaks and the clubhouse is on the right side down toward the end of the street.
Frank passed away Feb. 16, 2018.
